Renter moved out and left it a total mess. Has washer/dryer, Stove, Frig, A/C. We need to clean up inside some and yard, It is livable but very rough. Rent is $650. Good location close to the beach. Trying to find a carpenter that will live there, while we fix it up for cheap rent. I will buy materials as needed….thanks
