Used Samsung 990 Pro 4TB NVMe. Pulled out of my computer as I recently switched to a higher capacity drive. Drive is fully wiped so will just need to be initialized in your operating system and then it will be good to go.

See picture #3 for details from HWINFO64 showing that it is at 99% drive life and how much reading and writing was done to the drive.
