$400/mo includes hay/grain (Purina brand). Hay is coastal bermuda and we keep hay nets filled up 24/7. Group and/or private turn out available. Our pastures have plenty of grass and are very well maintained. Our barn has water/electric with a tack room/feed room for storage. We have a small arena and are working on lights. We are around 20 miles from Pine Cliffs trails in the Croatan.
Our barn is inside our pasture area so no wood chewers please. If you are looking for a drama free, peaceful place for you and your horse this is the place for you. We live on site so horses are monitored 24/7. I'm generally available after 6pm on weekdays if you'd like to come check it out!
