We are seeking a Multi-Site Supervisor to lead and support operations across multiple client locations. This is a working supervisor role, meaning the individual will actively participate in project work while overseeing teams, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and support multiple project teams
• Perform hands-on work alongside team members
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Coordinate schedules and staffing
• Conduct site inspections
• Train and coach team members
• Communicate with clients and leadership
• Resolve operational issues
• Maintain equipment and supplies
