Looking for a man, woman, or couple who has what it takes to manage and maintain a mobile home park.
Primary qualifications: honesty, integrity, reliability, communication, and initiative.
Job Requirements: regular visible presence at the park, proactive and professional engagement with tenants, rent collection, bill paying, records keeping, perform grounds keeping and select labor tasks (mowing, raking, debris removal, etc), arrange and supervise contract/vendor services (e.g. sewage tank pumping & disposal, mobile home setup/removal, etc.), respond in a timely manner to handle emergency situations (water breaks, etc.), occasional engagement with county officials, recruit and attract new tenants to increase quality tenant population and overall net operating income.
Compensation: Fee for basic services, plus project specific fees, plus potential performance awards.
This is a part time, contract position without benefits. We will contract with any qualified individual, couple, or business entity. Income is reported to IRS via 1099-Miscellaneous.
