The Role
We're looking for an experienced Small Engine Mechanic who can hit the ground running. You'll be diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of outdoor power equipment for residential and commercial customers across eastern North Carolina.
What You'll Be Doing
Diagnosing and repairing lawn mowers (zero-turn, ride-on, walk-behind), chainsaws, blowers, line trimmers, and other small engine equipment
Performing full-service tune-ups and preventive maintenance
Replacing belts, blades, carburetors, filters, spark plugs, and other components
Completing work orders accurately and communicating repair status
Maintaining a clean, organized workspace
What We're Looking For
Proven experience with small engine repair — mowers and 2-stroke engines are a must
Ability to diagnose problems quickly and accurately
Comfortable working independently and managing your own workflow
Honest, reliable, and takes pride in quality work
Experience with brands like John Deere, STIHL, Husqvarna, Honda, Briggs & Stratton, Kohler, or similar is a big plus
Certifications (John Deere, STIHL, etc.) are a plus but not required
Schedule
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
